acabados en Guild |
Si andas detrás de una acústica, ten en cuenta que
los sonidos de guitarra acústica parecen
seguir modas. En los años 70 se llevaba el sonido grueso y cálido de los modelos
jumbo de Guild, Gibson y Martin, sobre todo en los USA con gente
como Neil Young y James Taylor. Más tarde, Inglaterra estandarizó guitarras de
cuerpo más pequeño (de Gibson y otros) y un sonido bastante más duro en manos de
John Lennon y otros. En los 80 era más difícil encontrarse con una acústica,
pero su manejo siempre se garantizaba un sonido fino y metálico, procedente de
las cuerdas y con muy poco cuerpo, como los modelos de Ovation. Completado el
ciclo, vuelve a estar de actualidad el grueso sonido jumbo.
